Policies

***There is a $100 non-refundable deposit that must be sent at the time of booking and goes towards the cost of your appointment.*** This can be paid through Venmo by searching: @Nimita-Malhotra. If you don’t have Venmo, you will need to bring cash to the studio for your deposit. The appointment will be cancelled if your deposit is not received by 8:00pm the day of booking your appointment. The balance is due at your appointment and must be paid with CASH - I do not accept any debit or credit cards.


Rescheduling:


I require a 48 hour notice to reschedule your appointment. Your $100 deposit will go towards your rescheduled appointment date. You can reschedule ONE TIME and transfer your deposit, if you need to reschedule again you will need to send a new $100 deposit. If you need to reschedule less than 48 hours notice, you will forfeit your original deposit and be required to send a new $100 deposit to reschedule the appointment. If you need to reschedule the day of your appointment, you will also be required to pay HALF the amount of that day’s service before being able to reschedule to a new date.


Cancellations:


You will not be refunded your $100 deposit if you need to cancel your appointment. If you would like to book an appointment at a later date, you will be required to send another $100 deposit.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be required to pay half the amount of your cancelled appointment before you are able to book a new appointment with me. If you cancel the day of your appointment, you will be required to pay the FULL amount of your service before I let you book a new appointment plus a new $100 deposit. If you no-show for your appointment, you will lose your deposit and I will not accept you as a future client.


Lateness:


I have a 15 minute late policy. Please call, text or DM me if you are going to be late. Being more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may result in the forfeit of your deposit and cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be needed to book any appointments that were cancelled due to lateness. If you are traveling from out of town, please allow plenty of time to account for traffic and parking.


Touch Ups:


Touch ups must be done 6-10 weeks after your initial session. If you reschedule past 10 weeks, it will be considered a “Color Boost” (3-9 months after initial session) and you will be charged for that price instead. 10-18 months is an annual touch up.


Children and Guests:


No one under the age of 18 is allowed in a tattoo/permanent cosmetics studio. You will forfeit your deposit and appointment if you come with your child. If you are bringing a guest, please limit to one person (seating and space is very limited). I give you my full undivided attention and I like to have the least amount of distractions in the studio.
